In-store purchases: If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you change your mind about an item, we are happy to offer a refund or store credit on full priced items within seven days of purchase. Item(s) must be returned in original saleable condition and with all tags/unopened. Bathing suits, jewelry, accessories, and toiletries are always final sale. PLEASE NOTE: Gift returns of full priced items not referenced above or those marked down to a maximum of 25% off are accepted for exchange or store credit only within fourteen days of purchase. Purchases made prior to a sale event or markdown are not eligible for price adjustment.
Online purchases: We hope you love what arrives but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work! We are happy to offer a refund to the original form of payment on full priced items in original condition and with all tags within seven days of package receipt. Before shipping back a return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return process and, again, note that the item(s) for return must be shipped by the customer within seven days of delivery date. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured. We suggest shipping your package with a carrier such as UPS or FedEx, or via insured USPS Parcel Post.
