Returns and Exchanges
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
If for any reason you are not 100% delighted with your purchase, we will happily process returns and exchanges that comply with the following return policies:
ALL RETURNS:

Only full-priced items are eligible for return. All sale items are considered final sale, including those made with promo codes.

Items must be in their original and unwashed condition with all tags and/or packaging intact. Returns or exchanges no longer in salable condition or without tags will not be accepted.

Bathing suits, jewelry, hats, hair accessories, shoes, toiletries, home items and books are always final sale.
IN-STORE:

Items that are purchased in-store and which comply with the policies above will be accepted for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of purchase. A valid receipt or gift receipt is required.
ONLINE PURCHASES:
- Full-price items that comply with the return conditions above and which are postmarked within 7 days of delivery will be issued a refund.
- For orders over $100 qualifying for original shipment at our cost, original shipping fees will be deducted from your return.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on exchanges and returns. Please email julia@shopbrookandmain.com and a return label will be sent to you via email. That shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Online orders selected for in-store pick up are subject to the in-store return policy.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- We do not price match. Purchases made prior to a promotional event or markdown are not eligible for price adjustment.
- Holiday-specific apparel, toys, and goods are considered final sale unless they are returned or exchanged as provided above within 14 days of said holiday. We cannot make exceptions, even during our annual extended holiday return period.
