In-store purchases: If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you change your mind about an item, we are happy to offer a refund or store credit on full priced items within seven days of purchase. Item(s) must be returned in original condition and with all tags. Bathing suits, jewelry, accessories, and toiletries are final sale. PLEASE NOTE: Gift returns of full priced items or those marked down to a maximum of 25% off are accepted for exchange or store credit within seven days of purchase. Purchases made prior to a sale event or markdown are not eligible for price adjustment.
Online purchases: We hope you love what arrives but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work! We are happy to offer a refund to the original form of payment on full priced items in original condition and with all tags within seven days of package receipt. Before shipping back a return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return process and, again, note that the item(s) for return must be shipped by the customer within seven days of delivery date. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured.
